Dear Folks, I am just writing a few lines to let you know that Mother is quite low. She has been failing rapidly the last weeks, and today has been unconscious. The doctor says she is in a coma and doesn't think she will come out of it. Says she might live several days or might go at any time. Says her heart is very weak. Thought we should let you know and will let you know as soon as there is any change. Have written to Carl. Love, Mary
