My dear cousin, I've just sent Sadie a package to say Merry Christmas to her so I'll send the postcard to you. This is a picture of my ___ house. The windows marked X are in my two rooms. The foundation is laid in mud and the walls are mud inside and out. These houses are so queer. Every breeze blows right through. Tell Sadie the pin is the famous Japanese Damascene goldware. I got it in Yokohama. Merry Christmas to both. Blanche.
