Dear Folks: I'll get a good letter written soon. Open House tonight so I have the jitters. We are going out for our supper pretty soon as I don't want to mess up the kitchen. The real estate agent should be here soon. The kids and I will stay away during Open House from 7-9. Hope someone will show up. I've been working hard on the house and the yard so it looks real nice.
